环氧乳液改性水泥砂浆孔隙特性及力学性能研究

摘要 将环氧乳液以不同的掺量加入到普通水泥砂浆中,来制备环氧乳液改性水泥砂浆。在添加固化剂和未添加固化剂的条件下,通过抗压、抗折试验,压汞试验,扫描电子显微镜等方法研究了环氧乳液对水泥砂浆的力学特以及孔隙特性的影响。结果表明:掺入环氧乳液会降低水泥砂浆的轴心抗压强度,提高其抗折强度。相对于普通砂浆,环氧乳液会阻碍水泥水化过程,固化剂的掺入则会增大阻碍效应。在没有固化剂的情况下,环氧乳液在前期水泥水化形成的碱性环境中发生固化反应形成网状膜结构。 Epoxy latex modified cement mortar was prepared by adding different dosage of epoxy latex into ordinary cement mortar.The effects of epoxy latex on the mechanical properties and pore characteristics of cement mortar were studied by compressive and flexure tests,mercury injection tests and scanning electron microscopy under the conditions of curing agent and non-curing agent.The results show that adding epoxy latex can reduce the axial compressive strength of cement mortar and increase its flexural strength.Compared with ordinary mortar,epoxy latex will hinder the hydration process of cement,while the addition of curing agent will increase the blocking effect.In the absence of curing agent,epoxy latex solidified in the alkaline environment formed by cement hydration to form a network film structure.
