再生微粉-粉煤灰复合水泥砂浆力学性能试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过使用再生微粉和粉煤灰来部分取代水泥,制备复合水泥砂浆,研究了两者的复合取代率和粉磨时间及养护龄期对复合水泥砂浆力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:延长再生微粉和粉煤灰粉磨时间、增大粉煤灰取代率均会降低水泥净浆泌水率;粉煤灰和再生微粉可以提高砂浆流动度;粉煤灰掺量会降低水泥砂浆早期抗压、抗折强度,增大后期抗压、抗折强度;砂浆的抗压、抗折强度随再生微粉粉磨时间的延长而增大;增加养护龄期会增大砂浆抗压、抗折强度。 By using recycled powder and fly ash to partially replace cement to prepare composite cement mortar,the effects of the composite replacement rate,grinding time and curing age of the two on the mechanical properties of composite cement mortar were studied.The test results show that extending the grinding time of regenerated fine powder and fly ash and increasing the replacement rate of fly ash will reduce the bleeding rate of cement slurry.Fly ash and regenerated fine powder can increase the fluidity of the mortar.The amount of fly ash will increase reduce the early compressive and flexural strength of cement mortar,and increase the later compressive and flexural strength.The compressive and flexural strength of the mortar increases with the extension of the regenerated powder grinding time.Increasing the curing age will increase the mortar′s resistance compressive and flexural strength.
