商业健康险与基本医疗险的耦合协调时空特征分析

Analysis on the spatiotemporal characteristics of coupling coordination between commercial health insurance and basic medical insurance

[目的]了解我国商业健康险与基本医疗险的耦合协调发展时空分布特征,为促进商业健康险与基本医疗险的有效衔接提供参考。[方法]以2012-2020年的全国数据和2019年30个省、市、自治区(香港、澳门、台湾及西藏除外)作为研究样本,引用耦合协调模型对二者的耦合协调发展情况进行评价。[结果]2012-2020年,商业健康险与基本医疗险的耦合协调度由0.118增长至0.677;区域维度上,2019年东部地区二者的综合发展水平为0.335和0.289,西部地区则为0.227和0.185。[结论]商业健康险与基本医疗险耦合协调度逐年上升,已经从失调衰退型转向协调发展型;东西部地区的综合发展水平差异较大,多数省份的耦合协调度仍然存在轻度失调问题。

Objective To understand the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of the coupling and coordinated development between commercial health insurance and basic medical insurance in China,so as to provide reference for promoting the effective connection between commercial health insurance and basic medical insurance.Methods The national data from 2012 to 2020,30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions(except Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and Xizang)in 2019 were used as research samples,and the coupling coordination model was used to evaluate the coupling and coordinated development of the two.Results From 2012 to 2020,the coupling coordination degree of commercial health insurance and basic medical insurance increased from 0.118 to 0.677;In the regional dimension,the comprehensive development level of the two in 2019 was 0.335 and 0.289 in the eastern region,and it was 0.227 and 0.185 in the western region.Conclusions The degree of coupling and coordination between commercial health insurance and basic medical insurance has been increasing year by year,and has shifted from a disordered decline type to a coordinated development type;The comprehensive development levels of the eastern and western regions are quite different,and the coupling and coordination degree of most provinces still has a slight imbalance.
