黑龙江省新型城镇化与乡村振兴融合发展评价与时空格局

Spatio-temporal Pattern and Evaluation on the Integration of New-type Urbanization and Rural Revitalization in Heilongjiang Province

本文基于城乡融合的统计数据,建立城乡融合评价指标体系,采用层次分析法和城乡融合协调度模型,定量评价黑龙江省城乡融合发展程度,并分析全省城乡融合时空格局。研究结果表明,(1)新型城镇化发展水平存在差异,哈尔滨和大庆高,牡丹江、齐齐哈尔、佳木斯和绥化一般,其他城市低。(2)乡村振兴呈现不同格局,只有哈尔滨处于高水平,齐齐哈尔和绥化一般,其余9个城市的水平较低。(3)从城乡综合评价看,哈尔滨是全省城乡发展最好的城市,大庆较好,齐齐哈尔、牡丹江和佳木斯一般,鸡西、绥化、七台河、黑河、双鸭山、伊春和鹤岗7市较差。(4)各城市城乡融合度随时间变化不同,总体上,哈尔滨、齐齐哈尔、牡丹江、绥化和黑河的城乡融合度上升明显,双鸭山、鸡西、七台河、伊春下降明显,大庆略有下降,佳木斯和鹤岗变化很小。从空间变化看,总体上城乡融合度西南部高,北部低,东部一般,不同区域的城市差异明显。

Based on the statistical data of rural-urban integration,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of rural-urban integration,uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the rural-urban integration coordination degree model to quantitatively evaluate the development degree of rural-urban integration in Heilongjiang Province,and analyzes the spatial and temporal pattern of rural-urban integration in the whole province.The results show that,(1)there are differences in the development level of new-type urbanization,Harbin and Daqing are high,Mudanjiang,Qiqihar,Jiamusi and Suihua are average,and other cities are low.(2)There are different patterns of rural revitalization,only Harbin is at a high level,Qiqihar and Suihua are at a low level,and the other nine cities are at a low level.(3)From the perspective of urban and rural comprehensive evaluation,Harbin has the best urban and rural development,Daqing is better,Qiqihar,Mudanjiang and Jiamusi are average,Jixi,Suihua,Qitaihe,Heihe,Shuangyashan,Yichun and Hegang seven cities are worse.(4)The degree of rural-urban integration varies with time.In general,the degree of rural-urban integration increases significantly in Harbin,Qiqihar,Mudanjiang,Suihua and Heihe,decreases significantly in Shuangyashan,Jixi,Qitaihe and Yichun,decreases slightly in Daqing,and has little change in Jiamusi and Hegang.From the perspective of spatial change,overall rural-urban integration degree is high in the southwest,low in the north and average in the east,and there are obvious differences among different regions.
