摘要
对某铝合金壳体零件硫酸阳极化后表面膜层出现白色粉末问题的原因进行了分析,从机理和生产过程两个方面对零件硫酸阳极化过程和热水封闭过程进行了研究。研究表明,零件硫酸阳极化后出现的白色粉末物质主要是疏松脱落的阳极化膜层以及少量的封闭“粉霜”,硫酸阳极化槽液中杂质含量偏高是导致阳极化膜层疏松的原因。
The reason of white powder on the surface film of aluminum alloy shell after sulfuric acid anodization was analyzed,and the sulfuric acid anodization process and hot water sealing process were studied from two aspects of mechanism and production process. The results showed that the white powder material after the anodization of sulfuric acid was mainly the loose anodization film layer and a small amount of closed "powder cream",and the high content of impurities in the sulfuric acid anodizing bath solution was the reason for the loose anodization film layer.
