针刺透刺法治疗KOA的随机对照研究

A Randomized Controlled Study of Needle Penetration Therapy for Koa

目的:探讨针刺透刺法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的临床效果。方法:自2020年1月~2021年12月期间收治的KOA患者中随机选取符合纳入条件的110例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法作为分组原则,其中55例纳入对照组,以传统针灸疗法施治,另55例纳入观察组,以针刺透刺法疗法施治,比较两组施治方式的应用效果。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者MPQ问卷中PRI、PPI、VAS各部分评分及总评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),组间比较均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者Lysholm评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),WOMAC各指标评分及总评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),组间比较均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的膝关节ROM活动度均较治疗前增大(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的膝关节ROM活动度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论:针刺透刺法在改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者病情,促进患者膝关节功能恢复方面的作用理想,有推广意义。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and penetrating acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods: A total of 110 patients with KOA admitted from January 2020 to December 2021 who were eligible for inclusion were randomly selected as the study subjects, and the random number table method was used as the grouping principle. Among them, 55 patients were included in the control group and treated with traditional acupuncture, and the other 55 patients were included in the observation group and treated with penetrating acupuncture.Compare the effect of the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment, the scores and total scores of PRI, PPI and vas in the MPQ questionnaire of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and there was statistical significance between the groups(P<0.05). After treatment, the Lysholm score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05), and the WOMAC index score and total score were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05). The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, Rom activity of knee joint in both groups was increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05), and ROM activity of knee joint in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment period.Conclusion: Acupuncture through acupuncture has an ideal effect on improving the condition of patients with knee osteoarthritis and promoting the recovery of knee function.
