摘要
目的:探讨BTE PrimusRS模拟训练系统对脑卒中患者上肢运动功能的影响。方法:选择2017年12月至2019年12月在无锡市同仁康复医院康复科住院的脑卒中患者44例,随机分为BTE组和对照组。对照组采用常规康复及内科治疗,BTE组在此基础上应用BTE PrimusRS模拟训练系统进行患侧上肢运动功能的训练,每天共治疗30分钟,每周5天,共治疗4周。治疗前后采用Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)评估上肢运动功能,明尼苏达协调性动作测试评估上肢的运动及协调功能,改良Barthel指数(MBI)量表评估日常生活活动能力。结果:治疗前,两组患者上肢FMA评估得分、明尼苏达协调性动作测试耗时及MBI评估得分均无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗4周后,两组患者上肢FMA及MBI评估得分较前提高(P<0.05),明尼苏达协调性动作测试耗时较前降低(P<0.05);BTE组改善程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:BTE PrimusRS模拟训练系统能够改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的上肢运动功能及协调功能,提高日常生活活动能力,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of BTE PrimusRS simulation training system on upper limb motor function in stroke patients. Methods:A total of 44 stroke patients who were hospitalized in the rehabilitation department of Wuxi Tongren Rehabilitation Hospital from February 2018to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into BTE group and control group. The control group received routine rehabilitation and medical treatment, while the BTE group applied BTE PrimusRS simulation training system to train the motor function of the affected upper limb on the basis of this. Treatment lasted 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week and 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, the Fugl-Meyer scale was used to evaluate upper limb motor function, the Minnesota rate of manipulation test was used to evaluate upper limb motor and coordination function, and the modified Barthel index was used to evaluate activities of daily living. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of FMA,Minnesota rate of manipulation test time and MBI between the two groups(P>0.05);After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of FMA and MBI of the two groups were higher than those before(P<0.05), and the time-consuming of Minnesota rate of manipulation test was lower than that before(P<0.05);The improvement degree of BTE group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: BTE Primus RS simulation training system can improve the upper limb motor function and coordination function of stroke patients with hemiplegia, and improve the ability of activities of daily living. It is worthy of clinical application.
