幼龄女童外阴阴道感染情况分析及预防保健

Analysis and Preventive Health Care of Vulvovaginal Infection in Young Girls

目的:分析本地区幼龄女童外阴阴道感染情况并提出预防保健措施。方法:对93例体检发现存在外阴阴道感染的患儿(A组)与同期体检无感染症状的108例小儿(B组)分别取外阴阴道分泌物进行检验比较,同时对有感染患儿进行生活卫生习惯等方面调查。结果:A组外阴阴道菌群分离后以念珠菌、球菌、大肠杆菌分离率较高,而B组则以球菌、棒状杆菌、乳酸杆菌和大肠杆菌较高,两组外阴阴道菌群分离率除念珠菌、大肠杆菌外其余菌种差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组具有生活卫生习惯不良者及家庭成员近期有外阴阴道感染者均显著多于B组(P<0.05)。结论:有感染症状的幼龄女童外阴阴道致病菌以格兰阳性球菌、念珠菌、大肠杆菌为主,且该部分女童多有不良卫生习惯,同时与其长住的家庭成员的卫生保健意识有一定关系。因此,纠正幼龄女童的不良卫生习惯、加强家长卫生健康意识及对幼龄女童局部卫生保健是预防幼龄女童外阴感染的重要措施。

Objective: To analyze the vulvovaginal infection of young girls in Huidong area and put forward preventive health care measures. Methods:The vulvovaginal secretions of 93 young girls with vulvovaginal infection(group A) and 108 young girls with no symptoms of infection(group B) were examined and compared. Meanwhile, the living hygiene habits of infected young girls were investigated. Results: The isolation rates of candida,cocci and Escherichia coli were higher in group A, while cocci, Corynebacterium, Lactobacillus and Escherichia coli were higher in group B.There was no significant difference between the two groups except candida and Escherichia coli(P>0.05). The number of young girls with bad living habits and family members with vulvovaginal infection in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05). Conclusion: The vulvovaginal pathogens of young girls with infection symptoms are mainly gram-positive cocci, candida and Escherichia coli, and most of these girls have bad hygiene habits. At the same time, it has a certain relationship with the health care consciousness of their long-term family members. Therefore, it is necessary to correct the bad hygiene habits of young girls. Strengthening parents’ health awareness and local health care for young girls are important measures to prevent vulva infection in young girls.
