灸法补泻的机理及应用

A Brief Analysis about Mechanism and Application of Moxibustion for Tonifying Method and Purgative Method

总结古代文献中灸法补泻机理及相关补泻操作,并检索现代灸法文献,提炼现代各家灸法理论及治疗操作,发现凡是以速燃、疾移、强刺激、逆向、开门户以发散者为泻法,反之以温和、缓慢、轻盈、顺向、合门户以护正气者为补法。虽然现代中医对于灸法操作有所规范,但鲜有文章论述灸法中补法与泻法的分类操作指南,灸法补泻与针刺补泻具有共通之处,可以类比于针刺的开阖、呼吸等补泻方法,并结合六经辨证及阴阳理论,指导科研及临床治疗。为更好地推动灸法的临床指导与研究,今后的临床医师及研究者应借鉴古典医籍中灸法补泻理论,并类比针刺补泻原则,结合辨证施治与临床经验,完善现代灸法补泻应用。

This study summarizes the mechanism and the related remedy of tonifying method and purgative method in moxibustion in the ancient literature.And retrieved the literature of modern moxibustion method, and refined the modern moxibustion theory and treatment operation, concluded that those who use fast burning, rapid movement, strong stimulation, reverse, and open the portal to diverge are the purgative method, while the opposite is the tonifying method. Although modern Chinese medicine has standardized on the operation of moxibustion, few articles discuss the classification operation guide of tonifying method and purgative method in moxibustion. The author thinks that the tonifying and purgative method of moxibustion and acupuncture have something in common, which can be compared with the tonifying and purgative method of acupuncture, such as opening and closing, breathing, etc., and combined with the six meridians dialectics and yin-yang theory, to guide scientific research and clinical treatment.In order to better promote the clinical guidance and research of moxibustion, the author believes that clinicians and researchers should learn from the theory of tonifying method and purgative method in moxibustion in classical medical literature, compare the principle of tonifying method and purgative method in acupuncture, combined with dialectical treatment and clinical experience to improve application of modern tonifying method and purgative method in moxibustion.
