新文科建设是一项系统工程,需要立足繁荣哲学社会科学、增强“四个自信”、加强经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设和生态文明建设的战略高度,在“双一流”视域下从理论、学科、学术、教学、教材、话语和评价维度,全面深入地阐释新文科的体系建设及相应的改革发展问题.理论体系建设需突出人文性、价值性、交叉(融)性、系统性、时代性和中国性;学科体系要深化传统学科、培植新兴学科、打造学科集群(平台);学术体系要变革研究范式、彰显文科质性、聚焦有组织科研、加强学术传播;教学体系建设需从师资、课程、课堂、教育方法、学习方式等方面综合施策;教材体系建设应从修订教材、新编教材、通识系列教材、数字教材、外文教材、配套教材等统筹推进;话语体系重在提升话语的设置、阐释、传播、“使认同”等能力;评价体系则需从改进结果评价、强化过程评价、探索增值评价、健全综合评价全面展开.建立“钻石模型”能够清晰揭示七大体系内在关系,理论体系建设是核心,可以全面、整体指导、连接教学、教材体系和学科、学术体系.

The development of new humanities and social sciences is a systematic project.From a strategic perspective of flourishing philosophy and social sciences,enhancing the guiding thought of“staying confident in the path,theory,system and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics”,strengthening the economic,political,cultural,social and ecological civilization construction,this paper provides a comprehensive and in-depth explanation of the system construction of the new humanities and social sciences and the corresponding reform and development issues in the context of the“double world-class project”in the seven dimensions of theory,discipline,scholarship,teaching,teaching materials,discourse and evaluation.The paper stresses the following aspects:It is necessary to highlight the humanistic,value-based,cross-cutting(blending),systematic,contemporary and Chinese characteristics in the construction of theoretical systems;in the discipline system,traditional disciplines shall be deepened,emerging disciplines shall be developed and disciplinary clusters(platforms)shall be built;in the academic system,the research paradigm shall be reformed,the qualitative nature of the liberal arts shall be highlighted,the focus shall be placed on the organized scientific research,and scholarly communication shall be strengthened;a comprehensive approach to the construction of the teaching system shall be taken in terms of teachers,curriculums,classrooms,educational methods,learning styles,etc.;the construction of the teaching material system shall be advanced in an integrated manner in terms of revised teaching materials,new teaching materials,general teaching material series,digital teaching materials,foreign language teaching materials and supporting teaching materials;the focus of the discourse system shall be placed on enhancing the capability of setting,interpreting,communicating and“convincing”the discourse;and the construction of the evaluation system shall be pushed forward comprehensively in terms of improving outcome evaluation,strengthening process evaluation,exploring value-added evaluation and improving comprehensive evaluation.The establishment of“Diamond Model”can clearly reveal the internal relationship of the seven systems.The construction of theoretical system is the core,which can comprehensively and comprehensively guide and connect teaching,textbook system,discipline and academic system.
