一次性根治术与分期手术治疗小儿肛周脓肿的临床效果对比

Comparison on clinical effect of one-time radical surgery and staged surgery for children with perianal abscess

目的探究一次性根治术与分期手术治疗小儿肛周脓肿的临床效果。方法60例小儿肛周脓肿患儿,随机分为试验组与对照组,各30例。对照组采取临床传统分期手术治疗,试验组采取一次性根治术治疗。比较两组患儿术后疼痛等级及肛门功能。结果试验组术后疼痛0级12例、1级15例、2级1例、3级2例;对照组术后疼痛0级5例、1级5例、2级10例、3级10例。试验组术后疼痛等级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后肛门功能正常22例、部分功能失禁7例、严重功能失禁1例;对照组术后肛门功能正常9例、部分功能失禁15例、严重功能失禁6例。试验组术后肛门功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取一次性根治术治疗小儿肛周脓肿患儿的效果显著,可改善患儿的临床症状,减轻患儿疼痛,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of one-time radical surgery and staged surgery for children with perianal abscess.Methods A total of 60 children with perianal abscess were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional clinical staged surgery,while the experimental group was treated with one-time radical surgery.The postoperative pain grading and anal function of the two groups were compared.Results In the experimental group,12 cases had postoperative pain in grade 0,15 cases in grade 1,1 case in grade 2,and 2 cases in grade 3;in the control group,5 cases had postoperative pain in grade 0,5 cases in grade 1,10 cases in grade 2,and 10 cases in grade 3.The postoperative pain grading of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,there were 22 cases of normal anal function,7 cases of partial incontinence,and 1 case of severe incontinence;in the control group,there were 9 cases of normal anal function,15 cases of partial incontinence,and 6 cases of severe incontinence.The postoperative anal function of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion One-time radical surgery has a significant effect on children with perianal abscess,which can improve the clinical symptoms and relieve the pain in children.It is worthy of popularization.
