CT与MRI对早期脑梗死的诊断价值对比

Comparison of the value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of early cerebral infarction

目的对比CT和磁共振成像(MRI)对早期脑梗死的临床诊断价值。方法152例早期脑梗死患者,随机分为参照组(77例)和观察组(75例)。参照组采用CT诊断,观察组采用MRI诊断。比较两组脑梗死检出情况以及脑梗死分型诊断符合情况。结果观察组脑梗死检出率94.67%高于参照组的84.42%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出血性脑梗死、缺血性脑梗死、腔隙性脑梗死诊断符合率分别为95.65%、92.59%、96.00%,与参照组的83.33%、85.19%、84.62%比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CT和MRI都可做早期脑梗死诊断,但MRI的检出率高于CT,能快速清晰的反馈出梗死情况,应用价值更高。

Objective To compare the clinical value of CT and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of early cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 152 patients with early cerebral infarction were randomly divided into reference group(77 cases)and observation group(75 cases).The reference group was diagnosed by CT,and the observation group was diagnosed by MRI.The detection of cerebral infarction and diagnostic accordance of cerebral infarction staging were compared between the two groups.Results The detection rate of cerebral infarction 94.67% in the observation group was higher than 84.42% in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diagnostic accordance rates of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction,ischemic cerebral infarction,and lacunar infarction in the observation group were 95.65%,92.59%,and 96.00%,and the differences were not statistically significant compared with 83.33%,85.19%,and 84.62% in the reference group(P>0.05).Conclusion Both CT and MRI can be used for early diagnosis of cerebral infarction,but the detection rate of MRI is higher than that of CT,which can quickly and clearly feed back the situation of cerebral infarction,and has higher application value.
