米索前列醇联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗产后出血的效果研究

Study on the effect of misoprostol combined with ergonovine maleate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

目的分析米索前列醇联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗产后出血的效果。方法80例产后出血产妇,随机分为研究组与对照组,各40例。对照组产妇给予米索前列醇进行治疗,研究组产妇给予米索前列醇联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗。比较两组疗效、止血时间、总产程时间。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组止血时间(31.21±2.61)min、总产程时间(8.21±1.21)h均短于对照组的(56.71±4.65)min、(15.71±3.67)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇联合马来酸麦角新碱在产后出血中的疗效确切,可提高止血效果,缩短止血的时间。

Objective To analyze the effect of misoprostol combined with ergonovine maleate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 80 women with postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into the research group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.Women in the control group were treated with misoprostol,and women in the research group were treated with misoprostol combined with ergometrine maleate.The clinical efficacy,hemostasis time and total stage of labor were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemostatic time(31.21±2.61)min and total stage of labor(8.21±1.21)h in the research group were shorter than(56.71±4.65)min and(15.71±3.67)h in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Misoprostol combined with ergometrine maleate is effective in postpartum hemorrhage,which can improve the hemostatic effect and shorten the hemostasis time.
