摘要
目的:探讨中学生亲子关系与心理健康的关系,检验自我分化的中介作用和同伴关系的调节作用。方法:用《亲子亲合量表》《同伴关系量表》《自我分化量表》与《心理健康量表》对某市575名中学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)中学生的亲子关系、自我分化、同伴关系与心理健康两两相关。(2)自我分化在父子亲合与心理健康之间起部分中介效应,在母子亲合与心理健康之间起完全中介效应。(3)较低水平组的同伴关系(M-1SD),能够显著正向调节父子亲合对自我分化的影响(β=0.25,t=4.85***),也能够显著负向调节父子亲合对自我分化的影响(β=-0.10,t=-2.45*);较高水平组的同伴关系(M+1SD)能够显著正向调节父子亲合对自我分化的影响(β=0.39,t=7.59***),对父子亲合对自我分化的影响的调节不显著(β=0.02,t=0.54)。结论:亲子关系能直接预测心理健康,也能通过自我分化间接影响中学生的心理健康。同伴关系能够调节父子亲合对自我分化的影响和母子亲合对心理健康的影响,有调节的中介效应成立。
To explore the relationship between parent-child relationship and mental health of middle school students,and to examine the mediating role of self-differentiation and the regulatory role of peer relationship.Methods:The"Parent-child Affinity Scale","Peer Relationship Scale","Differentiation of Self Inventory"and"MMHI-60"were used to do survey on 575 middle school students in a city.Results:(1)The parent-child relationship,self-differentiation,peer relationship and mental health of middle school students are both related.(2)Self-differentiation plays a partial mediating effect between father-son affinity and mental health,and a complete mediating effect between mother-child affinity and mental health.(3)The peer relationship(M-1SD)of the lower level group can significantly positively regulate the influence of father-son affinity on self-differentiation(simple slope=0.25,t=4.85***),and can also significantly negatively regulate father-son affinity and also show related influence on self-differentiation(simple slope=-0.10,t=-2.45*);the peer relationship(M+1SD)of the higher level group can significantly positively regulate the influence of father-son affinity on self-differentiation(simple slope=0.39,t=7.59***),and the adjustment of the influence of father-son affinity on self-differentiation was not significant(simple slope=0.02,t=0.54).Conclusion:Parent-child relationship can directly predict mental health,but also indirectly affect the mental health of middle school students through self-differentiation.Peer relationship can regulate the influence of father-son affinity on self-differentiation and the influence of mother-son affinity on mental health so that the moderating mediating effect is established.
