舒适型仿真丝复合纤维的开发

摘要 文章采用复合纺丝技术,开发了一种舒适型涤纶仿真丝纤维。通过正八角星形结构可提高纤维的吸湿快干性能,在纤维皮层添加成孔材料,可使纤维表面光泽柔和。为使成孔材料在纤维皮层均匀分布,文章采用共混造粒技术,纤维芯层则采用圆形涤纶,提高了复合纤维的可纺性及强度,为开发仿真丝纤维提供了新思路。 By using composite spinning technology,a comfortable silk-like composite fiber is developed.The regular octagonal star-shaped structure can improve the moisture absorption and wicking of the fiber;the pore-forming material is added to the fiber skin layer to make the fiber surface have a soft gloss.In order to make the pore-forming material evenly distributed in the fiber skin layer,the blending granulation technology is adopted.And the circular polyester fiber is selected as the fiber core layer to improve the spinnability and strength of the fiber,which provides a new idea for the development of silk-like fib er.
