纳米碳素复合导电纱线的耐用性能研究

摘要 文章研究了基于树脂乳液与纳米碳素分散液混合的导电液的配制方法以及导电纱线的制备工艺;探讨了不同规格的纱线基材以及树脂乳液与纳米碳素分散液的浓度比例等对导电纱线的耐摩擦牢度、耐水洗牢度等指标的影响。结果表明,在纱线产品要求范围内,制备工艺相同的条件下,基材纱线的线密度越低,F数越高,纱线带液量越高,处理效果越好;用树脂乳液和纳米碳素分散液配制的导电液,两者较为合适的浓度比例为2∶8,在此浓度比例下处理纱线,导电纱线的电阻较小,耐摩擦牢度和耐水洗牢度变化率低。 This paper studied the preparation method of conductive liquid by combining resin emulsion and nanocarbon dispersion as well as the preparation process of conductive yarns and discussed the effects of different yarn base materials and the concentration ratio of resin emulsion to nanocarbon dispersion on the color fastness to rubbing and washing of conductive yarns.The results showed that within the yarn requirements and under the same preparation process,the lower the linear density of the base materials of yarn,the higher the filament numbers,and the higher the liquid content of the yarn,resulting in a better finishing effect.And the suitable concentration ratio of resin emulsion and nanocarbon dispersion is 2:8.Under this context,the electric resistance of conductive yarn is low and the change rate of color fastness to rubbing and to washing is also low.
