学科生态视域下高校图书馆学科协同支持策略研究

摘要 在“整合学科资源,助力知识创新”服务理念的指导下,高校图书馆深入推进学科协同支持工作的建设,打造协同共建、资源共享的新格局。文章阐述了学科生态是高校可持续发展的原生动力;分析了学科生态视域下高校图书馆学科协同建设的实践;从建设目标、学科服务与技术链接3个层面构建了学科生态视域下高校图书馆学科协同支持工作;提出了高校图书馆完善学科协同支持工作的策略,以期助力高校图书馆服务转型升级,为优化高校图书馆的学科协同提供对策指引。 Under the guidance of the service concept of“integrating discipline resources and promoting knowledge innovation”,university libraries further promote the construction of discipline collaborative support,and create a new pattern of collaborative construction and resource sharing.This paper expounds that discipline ecology is the primary driving force for the sustainable development of colleges and universities,analyzes the practice of discipline collaborative construction of university library from the perspective of discipline ecology,and constructs the discipline collaborative support work of university library from the perspective of discipline ecology from the three aspects of construction goal,discipline service and technology link.Finally,it puts forward the strategies for university libraries to improve the discipline collaboration support work,in order to help the transformation and upgrading of university library services and provide countermeasures and guidance for optimizing the discipline collaboration of university libraries.
