有机硅在改性聚丙烯中的应用

Silicone in application of modified polypropylene

文章研究了两种黏度有机硅(聚二甲基硅油)对改性聚丙烯(PP)的韧性、刚性、刮擦性和加工性能的影响。结果表明,添加聚二甲基硅油可以增加改性聚丙烯的表面光滑性,增强抗刮擦性能;高黏度聚二甲基硅油在改性聚丙烯中具有增韧的作用,对改性聚丙烯韧性和刚性的平衡有明显效果,并且具有良好的流动性,加工性能优异。

This paper studies toughness,impact stiffness,scratch resistance and processing properties of silicone with two viscosities modified polypropylene(PP).The results show that the addition of silicone can increase the surface smoothness of modified polypropylene,reinforced anti-scratch wiping performance;high-viscosity silicone-modified polypropylene having a significant effect on the balance of toughness and rigidity of the modified polypropylene,and has excellent flowability,excellent processability.
