TBL结合MDT教学法在肺癌放疗见习教学中的应用

Application of TBL combined with MDT teaching method in probation teaching of radiotherapy for lung cancer

目的探索TBL(team-based learning)结合MDT(multidisciplinary team)教学法在肺癌放疗见习教学中的应用价值与培养效果。方法选取2020年和2021年在本院放射治疗科见习的医学影像学学生各30名作为研究对象,分为对照组和实验组两组。针对肺癌病例进行教学,对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用TBL结合MDT教学模式(线上线下结合形式)。通过理论考试成绩、病例分析、临床实践和问卷调查进行教学效果评估,比较两组间差异。结果实验组在理论知识、病例分析、临床实践及问卷调查教学满意度方面都明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TBL结合MDT教学法在肺癌放疗见习教学中能充分调动学生学习积极性,教学效果显著,有利于医学生临床思维及综合能力的提升,且学生接受度更高。

Objective To explore the application value and training effect of team-based learning(TBL)combined with multidisciplinary team(MDT)teaching method in probation teaching of radiotherapy for lung cancer.Methods A total of 60 students majored in medical imaging those were practicing in the department of radiotherapy of the third affiliated hospital of Qiqihar Medical College in 2020 and 2021 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group.Focusing on teaching of lung cancer cases,the traditional teaching mode was used in the control group,while the TBL combined with MDT teaching mode(online and offline combination)was used in the experimental group.The teaching effect was evaluated by theoretical examination scores,case analysis,clinical practice and questionnaire survey,and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in theoretical knowledge,case analysis,clinical practice and teaching satisfaction of questionnaire,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions TBL combined with MDT teaching method could fully mobilize learning enthusiasm of students in the probation teaching of lung cancer radiotherapy,and the teaching effect is remarkable,it is conducive to the improvement of clinical thinking and comprehensive ability of medical students,and the students perform higheracceptance.
