基于CiteSpace的国际在线信誉可视化分析

Visualization analysis of international online reputation based on CiteSpace

以Web of Science(WoS)数据库中在线信誉领域的研究论文作为分析对象,构建在线信誉研究热点和前沿领域的知识网络,探寻该领域内的经典文献,以了解国际在线信誉的研究现状。运用共引分析理论、寻径网络算法、描述性统计分析和可视化技术,对研究文献进行了计量分析;借助CiteSpace可视化软件对在线信誉研究的发文地区、具有影响力的研究学者、重要期刊、研究演化路径、研究热点、前沿动态等方面进行了研究。研究结果表明:近些年,国际上有关在线信誉研究的文献总量呈上升趋势;在线信誉领域研究的主题比较集中,研究热点集中在质量不确定性社会资本、社会关系、多层次知识共享参与等领域;在线信誉领域的研究前沿主要集中于质量不确定性、战术性的价格决策、网站质量、乐活产业、社会资本、社会关系、多层次知识共享参与、集成模型和技术接受与使用等有关方面。

Taking the research papers in the field of online reputation in the Web of Science(WoS)database as the analysis object,in this paper,we constructs the knowledge network of hot spots and frontier fields of online reputation research,explores the classical literatures in this field,understands the research status of international online reputation,and solves the bottleneck restricting the development of e-commerce.First,using a total analysis theory,the search path network algorithm and descriptive statistical analysis and visualization technology,the quantitative analysis of the literature of research are studied.And then with the help of CiteSpace visualization software for online reputation research area,the influential scholar,important journals,the latest research evolution path,research hotspots,dynamic,etc are also studied.The results show that:in recent years,the total amount of international literature on online reputation is on the rise;the research topic of online reputation is relatively concentrated,and the main research hotspots are focused on the social capital with uncertain quality,social relations,multi-level knowledge sharing participation and other fields.The research frontiers in the field of online reputation mainly are focused on quality uncertainty,tactical price decision,website quality,lolive industry,social capital,social relations,multi-level knowledge sharing participation,integrated model and technology acceptance and use.
