理工科研究生国际化学术视野培养的探索与思考

随着全球经济、科技、文化等多层面的深度融合,世界各国对具有国际化意识、国际竞争力的高层次人才的培养越来越重视。研究生教育作为培养高层次人才的重要途径,肩负着培养高质量、高素质创新型人才的重任。理工科研究生的教育与培养是国家培养高水平研究型人才的重要和关键一环,因此,加强对理工科研究生的国际化学术视野培养就显得至关重要。对现阶段理工科研究生的国际化意识、高校院系及导师队伍对国际化学术培养的保障程度等进行了深入的剖析,提出了加强理工科研究生的国际化学术教育、开设国际课程、加强国际学术交流和导师队伍建设等具体措施。

With the deep integration of global economy,science and technology,culture and other aspects,countries all over the world pay more and more attention to the cultivation of high-level talents with international awareness and international competitiveness.As an important way to train high-level talents,postgraduate education undertakes the important task of training high-quality and innovative talents.The education and training of postgraduates in science and engineering is a key link in the national training of high-level research-oriented talents.Cultivation of international academic vision of the postgraduates in science and engineering are of great importance.Aiming at the awareness of internationalization and guarantee of international academic vision training for faculties and supervisors,some solutions are proposed to strengthen international academic education,participation in international course,international academic exchanges and supervisor team building for the postgraduates in science and engineering.
