摘要
通过对石墨管进行涂钨预处理,选择合适的石墨炉升温程序,在选定的操作参数下使用工作标准溶液对仪器进行校正,将NMP样品适当稀释后测定微量硅。结果 表明,应用石墨炉法测定NMP中微量硅含量,方法简单快速、线性关系良好,具有较高的精密度和准确度,对火焰法和石墨炉两种分析方法结果的比对表明,两种方法无显著性差异。
The graphite tube was pretreated by tungsten coating,the appropriate graphite furnace heating program was selected,the instrument was calibrated with working standard solution under the selected operating parameters,and the NMP sample was diluted appropriately to determine the trace silicon. The results showed that the graphite furnace method was simple,rapid,with good linearity,high precision and accuracy.The comparison between the results of flame method and graphite furnace method showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods.
