非成片历史风貌地段公共空间活力重塑--以上海北京东路地区为例

Reshaping the Vitality of Public Space in Non-flaky Areas with Historical Features:Taking the Beijing East Road Area in Shanghai as an Example

上海最新一轮总规提出建设全球城市的目标,并划定了中央活动区。但是研究整个中央活动区的空间环境与活力指数,却呈现两极分划,反差强烈的状况。北京东路地区就是存在这些问题的典型代表。研究分析它的活力复兴关键是要解决用于触发活力的公共空间增量极度不足以及与现有极可能吸引的人群需求极度不匹配的两个问题。该文以公共空间为触媒,通过建立以街巷网络为主体的公共空间体系,解决增量与质量问题,为北京东路及同类型地区活力复兴提供一种解决方式。

The latest round of Shanghai master plan puts forward the goal of building a global city and delimits the central activity area.However,the study on the spatial environment and vitality index of the entire central activity area shows a polarized division and a strong contrast.The Beijing East Road area is a typical representative of these problems.The key to study and analysis of its vitality revival is to solve two problems:the extremely insufficient increment of public space used to trigger vitality and the extremely mismatching with the needs of the existing and potential people.Taking public space as the catalyst,we solve the problems of increment and quality by establishing a public space system with street network as the main body,so as to provide a solution for the vitality revival of Beijing East Road and similar areas.
