红色智慧城市建设的目标及路径研究——以通化市为例

Goal and Path of Red Smart City Construction——Taking Tonghua City as an Example

智慧城市建设的目标是运用新一代IT技术,有效链接城市个体,整合城市各类资源,重塑城市核心价值,实现城市全面发展。“红色之城·康养通化”是通化市的建市目标,努力打造中国北方康养宜居城市。在新型智慧城市建设过程中,努力实现治理体系和治理能力的现代化,先后被评为智慧城市试点市、国家创新产业集群培育试点等。但是通化市智慧城市建设仍然存在着“特色不鲜明”“目标和路径不准确”等问题。如何结合通化市智慧城市的发展现状,深入挖掘红色文化基因,内外结合,规划和调整红色智慧城市建设的目标和路径,对推动通化市新型智慧城市建设具有重大意义。

The goal of smart city construction is to use the new generation of IT technology,effectively linking the individual city,integrating all kinds of city resources,reshaping the city core value,and realizing the all-round development of city."Kang Yang Tong Hua,a Red City"is Tonghua’s city-building goal,striving to create a livable city in northern China.In the process of building new-type smart city,we try our best to realize the modernization of governance system and governance capability,and have been selected as smart city pilot city and national innovative industry cluster cultivation pilot city.However,there are still some problems such as"the characteristics are not distinct""the goal and the path are not accurate".How to combine the current situation of smart city development in Tonghua,deeply excavating the red culture gene,combining inside and outside,planing and adjusting the goal and path of smart city construction in Tonghua is of great significance to promote the construction of new smart city.
