废玻璃再生混凝土基本力学性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以再生粗骨料取代率、废玻璃取代率和水胶比为变量进行废玻璃再生骨料混凝土基本力学性能试验研究,研究了各变量对废玻璃再生骨料混凝土的立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和弹性模量的影响规律。研究结果表明:废玻璃再生混凝土的基本力学性能随着再生粗骨料取代率的增加而降低;废玻璃再生混凝土的基本力学性能随着废玻璃使用比例的增加均有不同程度的降低;废玻璃再生混凝土的基本力学性能随水胶比的减小而增加,但增加的幅度较普通混凝土小。 Using recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate,waste glass replacement rate and water-binder ratio are used to be variables to carry out an experimental study on the basic mechanical properties of waste glass recycled concrete.The effects of various variables on the cubic compressive strength,axial compressive strength,tensile splitting strength and elastic modulus of waste glass recycled concrete have been studied.The research results show that the basic mechanical properties of waste glass recycled concrete have been reduced by the increase in the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate,the basic mechanical properties of waste glass recycled concrete have been reduced to varying degrees with the increase in the proportion of waste glass,and the basic mechanical properties of waste glass recycled concrete increase with the decrease of water-binder ratio,but the increase is smaller than that of the ordinary concrete.
