非晶态金属纤维导电砂浆的制备及体积电阻率的研究

摘要 针对传统导电水泥基复合材料存在的问题,以非晶态金属纤维为主要导电掺料,以端钩钢纤维与碳纤维为对照组设计实验。以纤维种类、掺量为主要变量,测定了试件的28 d抗弯强度与抗压强度。以纤维种类、掺量、期龄为主要变量,测定了试件10 d、30 d、60 d的体积电阻率数值。结果表明,非晶态金属纤维的综合性能要明显优于其他掺料。当纤维掺量的体积分数的1.25v%时,非晶态金属纤维导电砂浆的力学性能与体积电阻率最为理想。 In view of the problems of traditional conductive cement-based composites,the amorphous metal fiber is adopted as the main conductive admixture and hooked-end steel fiber and carbon fiber as the control group.Taking the fiber type,content as the main variables,the 28 day flexural strength and compressive strength of the specimens were measured.Taking the fiber type,content and age as the main variables,the variation trend of volume resistivity at 10,30 and 60 days was measured.Experiments show that the comprehensive properties of amorphous metal fiber are obviously better than other additives.When the fiber content is 1.25v%,the mechanical properties and volume resistivity of amorphous steel fiber mortar are the best.
