摘要
海洋环境下水下隧道的防水防腐是一项系统工程。防水层一旦损坏或老化,很难从上表面展开修复,只能从背面进行堵漏或排水处理,施工难度大。以海南博鳌通道项目为案例,对喷涂“非焦油聚氨酯防水涂料”和“新型聚脲防水材料”从工期、环境、工艺的科学性和经济性等方面进行了综合比较,最终选择新型聚脲防水材料,另外介绍了变形缝、阴阳角、降水井等关键位置的防水处理。“新型聚脲防水材料”的防水效果良好,施工速度快,具有推广价值。
The waterproof and anti-corrosion of underwater tunnel in marine environment is a systematic project.Once the waterproof layer is damaged or aged,it is difficult to repair it from the upper surface.It can only be treated by plugging or drainage from the back,which is very difficult to construct.Taking Hainan Boao channel project as an example,the spraying of“non tar polyurethane waterproof coating”and“new polyurea waterproof material”are comprehensively compared from the aspects of construction period,environment,process science and economy.Finally,the new polyurea waterproof material is selected.In addition,the waterproof treatment of key positions such as deformation joint,internal and external corners and dewatering well are introduced.“New polyurea waterproof material”has better waterproof effect,faster construction speed and better popularization value.
