基于灰色关联算法的房地产企业裁员决策研究

摘要 房地产行业由暴利时代转向微利时代,裁员是许多企业经营过程中必然要面临的问题。制订科学的裁员标准,留住优秀的人才,能够减少裁员对企业所造成的负面影响,提升企业的市场竞争力。建立了包含3个一级指标和9个二级指标的员工绩效评价体系,通过灰色关联算法得到比较序列和参考序列关联系数,通过层次分析法得到各评价指标权重,最终得到员工绩效评价结果。将建立的模型应用于郑州某房地产企业,得到了6名员工的绩效评价结果,为企业裁员决策提供了参考。 The real estate industry has changed from the era of huge profits to the era of meager profits.The layoff is an inevitable problem in the operation of many enterprises.The establishment of scientific layoff standards and retention of excellent talents can reduce the negative impact of layoffs on enterprises and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.This paper establishes an employee performance evaluation system,including 3 primary indexes and 9 secondary indexes,obtains the correlation coefficient of comparison sequence and reference sequence by Gary correlation algorithm,obtains the weight of each evaluation index by analytic hierarchy process,and finally obtains the employee performance evaluation results.The model is applied in a real estate enterprise in Zhengzhou,and the performance evaluation results of six employees are obtained,which provides a reference for the decision-making of enterprise layoff.The research of this paper also has a certain reference value for other enterprises to make layoff decisions.
