75份箭筈豌豆种子形态特征遗传多样性评价 被引量:1

Evaluation of genetic diversity of morphological characteristics among 75 common vetch seed accessions

摘要 为探究箭筈豌豆(Vicia sativa)种子形态遗传多样性,本研究以12份箭筈豌豆种质和63份箭筈豌豆亚种(V.sativa subsp. nigra)种质为试验材料,测定了长、宽、周长、厚度、弯曲长度、弯曲宽度、种脐长、百粒重和形状9个种子性状,并对各性状进行了基因型变异、表型相关性及模式分析等综合评价。结果表明,75份种质除形状外的其他8个种子性状均表现出两两极显著正相关关系(P <0.01),且8个种子性状均具有显著的(P <0.05)基因型变异估计值,亚种内各种质单个性状平均值也具有显著差异(P <0.05)。根据8个种子性状能清晰且明确地将12份箭筈豌豆和63份箭筈豌豆亚种种质分别分成2组和3组,并筛选出20号、57号、64号、67号4个对遗传改良具有重要意义的特殊种质。 To explore the genetic diversity of Vicia sativa seed morphology, 12 V. sativa and 63 V. sativa subsp. nigra accessions were used as experimental materials. Nine seed traits, including length, width, perimeter, thickness, curved length,curved width, hilum length, 100-seed weight, and shape were measured. The genotypic variation, phenotypic correlation, and pattern analysis of each trait were comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that, except for shape, all the seed traits of 75 accessions showed an extremely significant positive correlation(P < 0.01), and significant genotypic variation(P < 0.05).The average values of individual traits of various accessions within subspecies also showed significant differences(P < 0.05).According to 8 seed traits, 12 Vicia sativa and 63 V. sativa subsp. nigra accessions were divided into 2 groups and 3 groups,respectively, and 4 special accessions(No. 20, No. 57, No. 64, and No. 67) were screened, which are of great significance for genetic improvement.
