自噬主要相关因子在骨质疏松症中的作用及中医药干预研究 被引量:1

摘要 骨质疏松症(osteoporosis, OP)是临床常见的全身代谢性骨病,目前临床治疗药物存在副作用明显、价格较高等不足。中医药治疗OP历史悠久,具有临床疗效显著且毒副作用小的独特优势,但相关作用机制尚不明确。自噬为细胞内环境稳定的重要生物学过程,与OP的发生、发展及转归密切相关。其通过干预病理性骨代谢水平来发挥治疗作用。近年来大量研究表明,中药活性成分及中药复方通过调节细胞自噬治疗OP的作用明确,本文拟从自噬与OP的发病机制及中药单体、复方调控自噬治疗OP的角度进行综述,以期为中药治疗OP的进一步研究及临床治疗提供新思路。 Osteoporosis(OP) is a common systemic metabolic bone disease in clinic. At present, clinical treatment drugs have obvious side effects and high price. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has a long history of treating OP, and has the unique advantages of significant clinical efficacy and small side effects, but the relevant mechanism of action is still unclear. Autophagy is an important biological process of intracellular environmental stability, and is closely related to the occurrence, development and outcome of OP. It plays a role in the treatment of by interfering with pathological bone metabolism. In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that the active components of Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine compound have a clear role in the treatment of OP by regulating autophagy. In this paper, the pathogenesis of autophagy and OP, as well as the regulation of autophagy by Chinese medicine monomer and compound in the treatment of OP are reviewed, providing new ideas for the further research and clinical treatment of OP by Chinese medicine.
