黄条金刚竹叶对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响

摘要 为了研究黄条金刚竹叶对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响,试验将240只550日龄海兰褐蛋鸡分成4组,分别为对照组、3%竹叶组、7%竹叶组、11%竹叶组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只,分别饲喂不添加黄条金刚竹叶的对照日粮及添加含3%、7%、11%黄条金刚竹叶的日粮,试验期共5周,测定母鸡产蛋性能、蛋壳品质、蛋品质并观察粪便特征。结果表明:对照组和3%竹叶组蛋鸡在试验末体重显著增加(P<0.05),7%竹叶组增重不显著(P>0.05),11%竹叶组呈负增重。7%竹叶组整个试验期的产蛋率最高,显著高于3%竹叶组(P<0.05)。7%竹叶组与对照组的料蛋比接近,低于11%竹叶组(P>0.05),且显著低于3%竹叶组(P<0.05)。除第1周外,11%竹叶组软破壳率显著高于其他3组(P<0.05),7%竹叶组软破壳率最低。第1,3周,3个竹叶组鸡蛋的血斑率均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),而蛋黄颜色均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);但是鸡蛋保存期间,7%和11%竹叶组的水分散失率较高。与对照组相比,3%、7%、11%竹叶组蛋鸡的排粪量极显著增加(P<0.01),在3个竹叶组中,11%竹叶组排粪量最高,7%竹叶组最低。添加各剂量竹叶对蛋重、钙化壳重、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度无显著影响(P>0.05);对鲜蛋和保存期间鸡蛋的蛋黄高度、蛋黄直径、蛋黄重均无显著影响(P>0.05);对鸡粪的含水量无显著影响(P>0.05)。说明在日粮中添加7%竹叶能够维持蛋鸡体重,获得较高的产蛋率,提高蛋黄颜色而降低鸡蛋血斑率,具有潜在的可行性。 In order to study the effects of bamboo leaf on performance and egg qualitiesy of laying hens,a total of 240550-day old Hy-line Brown layers were divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 layers per replicate,namely control group,3% bamboo leaf group,7% bamboo leaf group and 11% bamboo leaf group.Laying hens in the control group were fed a basal diet without bamboo leaf,while laying hens in the treatment group were fed diets supplemented with 3% ,7% and 11% bamboo leaves.The experiment lasted for 5 weeks,during which laying performances,eggshell quality,and egg quality were examined,and fecal characteristics of the hens were observed.The results showed that the body weight of laying hens in both control and 3% bamboo leaf groups were significantly increased before and after the experiments(P<0.05),the body weight gain of laying hens in the 7% bamboo leaf group was not significant(P>0.05),and the body weight gain of laying hens in the 11% bamboo leaf group was negative.The laying rate in the 7% bamboo leaf group was the highest during the whole experiment period,which was significantly higher than that in the 3% bamboo leaf group(P<0.05).The feed to egg ratio in the 7% bamboo leaf group was similar to that in control group,and lower than that 11% bamboo leaf group,while was significantly lower than that in the 3% bamboo leaf layers(P<0.05).Except the 1 st week,the ratio of soft-shell and broken egg in the 11% bamboo leaf group was significantly higher than that in other 3 groups(P<0.05),and the ratio of soft-shell and broken egg in the 7% bamboo leaf group was lowest.The results of 1 st and 3 rd weeks showed that the egg blood spot rate in 3 bamboo leaf groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01),while the egg yolk color was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).However,the water loss rate of eggs in the 7% and 11% bamboo leaf groups was higher during egg preservation.Compared with the control group,the defecation amount of laying hens in 3% ,7% and 11% bamboo leaf groups was significantly increased(P<0.01).Among the 3 bamboo leaf groups,the defecation amount in the 11% bamboo leaf group was the highest,while that in the 7% bamboo leaf group was the lowest.Adding different doses of bamboo leaves had no significant effects on egg weight,calcified eggshell weight,eggshell strength,and eggshell thickness(P>0.05).Adding different doses of bamboo leaves had no significant effects on yolk height,yolk diameter and yolk weight(P>0.05).Adding different doses of bamboo leaves had no significant effect on water content in chicken manure(P>0.05).The results indicated that adding 7% bamboo leaf in diet could maintain the body weight of laying hens,achieve higher laying rate and yolk color grade,and decrease the rate of yolk with blood stains,which had potential feasibility.
