阅读习惯的养成方法与启示——以曾国藩在道光十九年至咸丰二年为例

Ways to Cultivate Reading Habits——Taking Zeng Guofan’s Diaries in the Nineteenth Year of Daoguang’s Reign and the Second Year of Xianfeng’s Reign as Examples

曾国藩是晚清著名学者、政治家、军事家和思想家,他一生喜爱读书,学仕兼优,对阅读有很多精到的见解和心得。以《曾国藩日记》为主要研究对象,选取道光十九年至咸丰二年的日记为研究时段,统计其阅读天数和比例,对曾国藩在这一时期阅读心理和阅读行为的变化进行探微,发现他的阅读出现了四个阶段的变化,分析其阅读出现曲折反复的原因,总结出他养成良好阅读习惯的方法,并推导出曾国藩阅读经验和方法对图书馆阅读推广的启示,以期为图书馆进行阅读推广和阅读指导提供借鉴。

Zeng Guofan was a well-known scholar,statesman,military strategist,and thinker in the late Qing Dynasty.He loved reading all his life and was excellent in his academic career.He had a lot of insights and experiences in reading.This paper takes Zeng Guofan’s Diaries as the main research object,selects Zeng’s diaries in the 19 th year of Daoguang’s reign and the second year of Xianfeng’s reign as the research period,counts the number of Zeng’s reading days and proportions,and explores the changes in his reading psychology and reading behavior during this period.It is found that his reading had undergone four stages of changes.The paper analyzes the reasons for the twists and turns in his reading,summarizes his methods of developing good reading habits,and deduces the enlightenment of his reading experience and methods for reading promotion by the library,with a view to provide reference for the library to carry out reading promotion and reading guidance.
