精准生活方式干预对疲劳综合征患者有机酸代谢和疲劳度的影响 被引量:1

Effect of precise lifestyle intervention on organic acid metabolism and fatigue in patients with fatigue syndrome

摘要 目的评估精准生活方式对慢性疲劳综合征患者有机酸代谢和疲劳度的影响。方法随机选择22名来自广州市社区且自愿参加本项目的慢性疲劳综合征患者。多方面联合开展健康教育并实施个性化生活方式干预,比较干预前后患者46种有机酸代谢水平和疲劳度等指标的变化情况。结果干预前22例患者均存在1种或多种有机酸代谢异常,其中以参与碳水化合物代谢的β-羟基丁酸代谢异常为主(12/22);其次是参与线粒体能量生成的顺式鸟头酸(10/22)和参与脂肪酸代谢的辛二酸(9/22)。有机酸代谢水平呈现明显的同步改变趋势,72.0%的有机酸对的Pearson相关系数为正值,且男女有机酸代谢谱不一致。精准生活方式干预可有效纠正患者的有机酸代谢水平,存在3种及以上有机酸代谢异常的人数占比由干预前的86.4%下降为干预后的36.4%。同时,患者的躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳都得以有效缓解,疲劳度得分由干预前的6.18和2.73分别下降为干预后的0.82和1.82。结论慢性疲劳综合征患者中普遍存在有机酸代谢异常;精准生活方式干预不仅可有效纠正慢性疲劳综合征患者的有机酸代谢异常,也能很好地缓解患者的疲劳感受。 Objective To assess the effect of precise lifestyle on organic acid metabolism and fatigue in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome.Methods Twenty-two patients with chronic fatigue syndrome from the community of Guangzhou who voluntarily participated in this project were randomly selected.A multidisciplinary approach was adopted to carry out the precision lifestyle intervention.The changes of 46 organic acid metabolism levels and fatigue in the patients were compared before and after the intervention.Results The pre-intervention 22 patients all had one or more abnormalities in the metabolism of organic acids,with the highest number of abnormalities in the metabolism ofβ-hydroxybutyric acid(12/22),which is involved in carbohydrate metabolism;followed by cisornithine(10/22),which is involved in mitochondrial energy production and octanedioic acid(9/22),which is involved in fatty acid metabolism.The level of organic acid metabolism showed a clear trend of simultaneous changes,with positive Pearson correlation coefficients for 72.0%of the organic acid pairs.Different organic acid metabolic profiles for men and women were also observed.The precise lifestyle intervention effectively corrected the organic acid metabolism level of patients.The percentage of people with three or more organic acid metabolism abnormalities decreased from 86.4%before the intervention to 36.4%after the intervention.At thesame time,both physical fatigue and mental fatigue of patients were effectively alleviated,and the fatigue scores decreased from 6.18 and 2.73 before the intervention to 0.82 and 1.82 after the intervention,respectively.Conclusion Organic acid metabolism abnormalities are commonly found in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome.Precision lifestyle intervention can not only effectively correct the abnormal organic acid metabolism of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome,but also alleviate the fatigue feeling of patients.
