摘要
自溶性微针是以水溶性或可降解的聚合物为基质材料的微针,具安全、微创、无痛、精确、方便、高效和无尖锐废弃物残留等独特优势。基质材料的选择对自溶性微针成型性、机械性及溶解性等至关重要。为此,本文对自溶性微针的基质材料进行了分类与介绍,并总结分析了基质材料目前面临的问题与挑战及相应的解决方案,旨在为自溶性微针的制备和应用提供借鉴和参考。
Dissolving microneedles are microneedles based on water-soluble or degradable polymers,which have unique advantages such as safety,minimal invasiveness,painlessness,precision,convenience,high efficiency,and no residue of sharp wastes.The choice of substrate material is very important for the formability,mechanical properties and solubility of dissolvable microneedles.Therefore,this paper classifies and introduces the substrate materials of dissolving microneedles,summarizes and analyzes the current problems and challenges of substrate materials and corresponding solutions,in order to provide reference for the preparation and application of dissolving microneedles.
