面向智能时代职业技能培养的深度教学探究 被引量:3

摘要 智能时代需要大量创新性应用人才,在应用型创新人才的培养过程中,基于职业技能的深度教学和深度学习是值得探讨的一个重要课题。实现面向职业技能的深度教学,需要遵循自主性、成长性、有序性、混合性、互动性、可操作性和反馈性七个原则,从职业发展观的重塑、教学空间的重构、教学项目的重制、教学过程的重组四个维度,重建知识与技能的呈现方式,构建起情境、交互、体验和拓展一体化的深度学习场域,让学生领悟与掌握问题从发现、探索到解决的递进式过程,以促进深度学习的发生。通过以私播课混合同步教学为例,进一步阐述了从教学设计、学习流程、通关训练和评价体系四个以“学”为核心的深度学习和深度教学推进策略,以保障深度教学的持续展开。从而让学生把所学知识和技能应用于问题解决,以培养大量面向智能时代的应用型、创新性技术人才。 The age of intelligence requires a large number of innovative applied talents.In the process of cultivating application-oriented innovative talents,deep teaching and deep learning based on vocational skills are an important topic worth discussing.To realize the deep teaching oriented to vocational skills,teachers should follow autonomy,growth,order,hybrid,interactive,operability and feedback the seven principles,reconstruct the presentation of knowledge and skills from four dimensions:the reshaping of the profession development,the reconstruction of the teaching space,the reunion of teaching projects and the restructuring of the teaching process,construct a deep learning field integrating context,interaction,experience and expansion.Based on this,students can understand and master the layered process from problem discovery,exploration to solution,so as to promote the occurrence of deep learning.Taking the blended and synchronous teaching of Small Private Online Course as an example,this paper further expounds the deep learning and deep teaching promotion strategies with“learning”as the core from four perspectives(teaching design,learning process,customs clearance training and evaluation system),so as to ensure the continuous development of deep teaching.The purpose of this paper is to let students apply their knowledge and skills to problem solving,so as to cultivate a large number of applied and innovative technical talents facing the intelligent era.
