摘要
智能收获机无人驾驶系统主要包括CAN网络架构的开发和控制策略软件开发。控制策略软件包括整机工作模式管理与切换、关键作业部件自动控制、安全控制功能开发、远程遥控系统的开发、自动导航系统匹配开发。多个控制部件有机配合,智能切换,在无人驾驶条件下保证工作部件的可靠性、作业精准性以及安全性。智能收获机无人驾驶控制系统的应用大大缩减了劳动力,降低了工作量,解决了农忙时间无人可用的难题。
Intelligent harvester unmanned driving system mainly includes the development of CAN network architecture and control strategy software development.The control strategy software includes the management of the operation mode and switching of the whole machine,the automatic control of the key operation parts,the development of the safety control function,the development of the remote control system,and the matching development of the automatic navigation system.Multiple control parts are organically combined with intelligent switching to ensure the reliability,operation accuracy and safety of the working parts under unmanned driving conditions.The application of intelligent harvester unmanned control system greatly reduces labor,workload and solves the problem of unavailability during busy farming time.
