摘要
组合仪表作为拖拉机上的信息显示部件,在拖拉机作业时为用户读取整车参数起到重要的作用。本文介绍了基于CAN总线的拖拉机组合仪表的设计方案,通过对市场现有机型功能总结及未来国四、智能化拖拉机配置需求的总结、梳理,从仪表界面布置、指示符和显示屏选取、功能配置等方面进行设计说明,开发出一款适用于多种机型的通用化组合仪表。最终为整车厂节省开发成本,提高竞争力。
As an information display component on the tractor,the combination instrument plays an important role in reading the vehicle parameters for the user when the tractor is operating.This paper introduces the design scheme of the tractor combination instrument based on CAN bus.By summarizing the functions of the existing models in the market and summarizing and sorting out the configuration requirements of the future NationalⅣand intelligent tractors,the design is explained in terms of the layout of the instrument interface,the selection of indicators and displays,and the configuration of functions.Developed a generalized instrument cluster suitable for various models.Ultimately,it saves development costs for OEMs and improves competitiveness.
