数字经济时代,数字成为继劳动、土地、资本和技术之后的第五个生产要素,具有私人和公共两种形式的特征。它是构成数字经济的重要组成部分,带来新的生产方式,引发数字经济的超常贡献。作为数字经济高速发展中的一门新兴学科,数字经济学是一个由学科交叉到交叉学科的演进过程。数字经济学是一门试图解释在数字要素参与条件中数字产品和服务的生产、交换、分配、消费运行全过程的经济学,也是一门以人工智能、大数据、软件科学、云计算、统计学、计算机科学、法学、管理学、理论经济和应用经济学等多学科交叉为基础,研究稀缺资源和共享资源共存条件下的最有效分配,以及通过改变成本带来整体经济运行效率提升的新经济学。多学科交叉融合促进现实数据的收集、加工、整理、筛选、应用,形成数字产品和服务,推动数字产业化和产业数字化的发展,构成数字经济中新的生产方式。数字经济学在学科发展角度上具有两个重要特性:一是传统经济学逐渐升级为数字经济学;二是数字经济学成为学科交叉的典型案例。无论是作为一门新兴学科,还是理解数字经济的新生产要素、新生产方式和超常的知识体系贡献,数字经济学的自身发展和学科研究都十分关键。

In the era of digital economy,data is regarded as the fifth factor of production after labor,land,capital and technology.With both private and public features,it is an important component of the digital economy,bringing new modes of production and leading to the extraordinary contribution of the digital economy.As an emerging discipline in the rapid development of the digital economy,digital economics represents an evolution from the intersection of disciplines to an interdiscipline.Digital economics attempts to explain the whole process of production,exchange,distribution and consumption operation of digital products and services that involve digital factors.It is also an emerging discipline of economics that researches the optimum allocation of scarce resources and sharing resources,and explores approaches to improving overall economic efficiency through cost management,based on the intersection of multiple disciplines,including artificial intelligence,big data,software science,cloud computing,statistics,computer science,law,management,theoretical economics and applied economics.Multidisciplinary integration can help promote the collection,processing,sorting,screening and application of reality data,create digital products and services,and accelerate the development of digital industrialization and industrial digitalization,which combine to produce a new production mode in the digital economy.Digital economics has two important features from the perspective of disciplinary development:traditional economics upgrades to digital economics,and digital economics has become a typical case of the intersection of disciplines.The development of digital economics is of great importance,whether as an emerging discipline or used to understand the new production factors,new production modes and extraordinary contribution of the digital economy.
