摘要
在正畸治疗中加快牙齿移动速度是患者和医生所共同期望的。临床上加速正畸牙齿移动的方法有许多,包括手术治疗和非手术治疗。其中骨皮质切开术辅助正畸治疗(corticotomy-assisted orthodontic treatments,CAOT)基于区域加速现象经临床证明能够显著加速正畸牙齿移动。随着技术手段的革新,CAOT衍生出多种术式以期强化临床应用效果并最大程度减轻术后反应。本文就CAOT加速正畸牙齿移动的发展,作用机制,临床应用以及治疗后的影响四个方面进行综述,为临床提供参考。
Accelerating tooth movement during orthodontic treatment is a common desire of both patients and doctors.There are many clinical methods for accelerating orthodontic tooth movement, including surgical and non-surgical treatments.Among them, corticotomy is clinically proved to significantly accelerate orthodontic tooth movement based on the phenomenon of regional acceleration. With the innovation of technical means, a variety of surgical methods have been derived from corticotomy in order to enhance the clinical application effect and minimize postoperative reactions. For clinical reference,this article reviews the development history, mechanism of action, clinical application and post-treatment impact of corticotomy in accelerating orthodontic tooth movement.
