摘要
通过构建修正的Cobb-Douglas生产函数分析了工业企业新产品研发中技术进步、资本投入和研发人员要素的作用机理,并运用静态面板数据模型、动态面板数据模型和面板门限模型实证检验了新产品技术进步、新产品生产经费和新产品研发人员对工业企业新产品研发的贡献度。研究结果显示:生产经费投入量是中国规模以上工业企业新产品研发活动的主要驱动力量,研发人员劳动量和研发经费投入量对新产品研发的拉动作用较小,宏观经济运行状况对新产品研发推动作用明显。
By constructing the modified Cobb-Douglas production function, this paper analyzes the mechanism of technological progress, capital investment and R&D personnel in industrial enterprises’ new product R&D,and uses static panel data, dynamic panel data and panel threshold model to empirically test the contribution of new product technological progress, new product production funds and new product R&D personnel to industrial enterprises’ new product R&D.The results show that the input of production funds is the main driving force of new product R&D activities of industrial enterprises above designated size in China, while the labor of R&D personnel and the input of R&D funds have little pulling effect on new product R&D, while the macroeconomic operation has obvious promoting effect on new product R&D.
