摘要
为探索高校层面的社会资本对高校教师高水平创新效能影响的作用机理,梳理现有相关文献并经现实考察,提出高校内、外部社会资本对高校教师不同水平创新效能影响作用的探索性研究假设,以山西和广西高校的370份有效调查问卷为样本,利用SPSS26.0和AMOS26.0进行实证分析。研究结果显示:高校内、外部的社会资本均可以显著正向影响教师的高水平创新效能;对高校教师的一般水平创新效能影响效应不显著;高校外部社会资本通过高校内部社会资本对教师的高水平创新效能产生间接影响作用。研究结论在为我国高校构建高质量社会资本体系提供理论借鉴依据的同时,也为高校完善教师创新效能的相关管理制度提供了以社会资本理论为视角的新思路。
In order to explore the impact mechanism of university social capital on the high-level college teachers’ innovation efficiency, hypotheses of the impact of internal and external social capital on different levels of college teachers’ innovation efficiency are tentatively proposed after reviewing the related literature and examining the status quo. The 370 effective questionnaires from universities in Shanxi and Guangxi provinces are collected and the data are analyzed using SPSS26.0 and AMOS26.0. The results show that both internal and external university social capital can significantly and positively impact the high-level teachers’ innovation efficiency. The impact on the general level teachers’ innovation efficiency is not significant. The external university social capital has an indirect impact on the high-level innovation efficiency through the internal university social capital. This study not only provides a theoretical reference for China’s universities to build a high-quality social capital system, but also provides a new approach to teachers ’innovative efficiency management system based on social capital theory.
