某燃气机组发电机集电环烧损事故分析

摘要 某燃气机组在调峰运行时,发电机集电环正极出现环火,发电机转子接地保护动作,机组全停。经现场检查和分析,事故发生的原因为机组轴系长期超标造成碳刷接触不良,最终导致局部过热,同时系统分析了该型集电环在设计和制造上存在的缺陷。进一步根据暴露出的问题,提出了相应的改进措施。 When a gas unit is in peak regulation operation,the fire appears at the positive pole of generator collector ring,the stator grounding protection of the generator is acted,and the unit is completely stopped. By on-site inspection and analysis,the cause of the accident isthecontact of carbon brush being not good because of long-term overstandard of unit shafting,and eventually leads to local overheating. At the same time,it analysesthe defects in design and manufacture of the collector ring systematically. Further,according to the problems exposed,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
