体态生物力学评估方法研究进展

Advances in Biomechanical Evaluation of Posture

体态生物力学的异常改变与慢性疲劳、骨科疾病和功能障碍密切相关。不良体态的危害已受到大众人群的重视,国家教育部也要求学校提高对学生不良体态病的防控力度,因此做好体态生物力学的评估是首要任务,但当前体态生物力学的评估手段及评估标准仍然种类多而不统一,各有优缺点,评估手段和评估标准的科学性与准确性还有待提高。因此,本文对现有体态生物力学评估方法进行综述,并对比和分析不同方法的优缺点和大众化适应性。

The abnormal changes of posture biomechanics are closely related to chronic fatigue,orthopedic diseases and functional disorders.The harm of bad posture has been paid attention to by the public,the National Ministry of Education also requires schools to improve the prevention and control of students with bad posture,so the evaluation of posture biomechanics is the first task,but the current posture biomechanics evaluation means and evaluation standards are still a variety of different and not uniform,each has ad‐vantages and disadvantages,the scientificity and accuracy of evaluation methods and evaluation standards need to be improved.Therefore,this paper reviews the existing biomechanical evaluation methods,and compares and analyzes the advantages and disad‐vantages of different methods and popular adaptability.
