乡风文明是乡村全面振兴的精神内核,内涵着乡村文化振兴、生态文明、产业兴旺、治理有效、生活富裕的基本要求。乡风文明建设为乡村全面振兴提供了精神食粮,同时又为乡村全面振兴提供了实践动力,应积极探索以“讲政治”的要求构建新时代乡村的精神内核,以“兴文化”的理念构建新时代乡村的文化内涵,以“重科学”的标准构建新时代乡村的管理机制,以“聚人才”的氛围构建新时代乡村的社会环境为实践进路,助推乡村实现全面振兴。
