“五位一体”产教融合提升本科人才培养质量的探讨

Discussion on“Five-in-one”Integration of Industry and Education to Improve the Quality of Undergraduate Talent Training

产教融合是校企合作协同育人的基本手段,是产学研用一体化的重要途径,有助于提高学校人才培养质量。结合上海地方政府聚焦打造上海临港产教融合城市核心区的目标,在上海海洋大学现有开设专业的基础上,针对目前产教融合实践教学中存在的短板,依托校内主板上市相关企业,确定了产教融合实践教学提升人才培养质量的突破点和主要思路,在创新实践型人才培养高地建设、协同育人模式、校企合作的课程体系和教学方式、“双师”型师资队伍建设以及产学研合作平台搭建等方面阐述了“五位一体”产教融合的具体措施,以期为提升本科人才培养质量提供可供借鉴的途径。

The integration of industry and education is the basic means of school-enterprise cooperation education,and an important way of the integration of industry,education,research and application,which helps to improve the quality of talent training in schools.According to the Shanghai local government focusing on core target of building Shanghai Lingang Fusion of urban center,the breakthrough point and main ideas on practical teaching with production and education in Shanghai ocean university are determined,on the basis of the existing open professional practice teaching in the education,aiming at the shortcomings at the present time,relying on campus main listed companies,to improve the quality of talent cultivation.The specific measures of“five-in-one”in aspects of innovation practice highland construction,the collaborative education model of cultivating talents,course system and teaching methods of university-enterprise cooperation,“the double teacher”teachers construction and cooperative platform building are expounds in this paper in order to offer reference for improving the quality of undergraduate talent training.
