旅游行业的胜任力指旅游行业中绩效优秀者所具备的知识、技能、素质等核心能力。在国家大力推行产教融合战略以及经济发展新阶段的背景下,对旅游专业研究生的培养提出了新要求。通过明确知识、技能、个人特征、道德修养四个层面所需具备的具体能力,建立旅游专业研究生胜任力模型,并以此为基础提出旅游专业研究生产教融合的创新培养模式。

Competency in tourism industry refers to the core competencies of excellent performers in tourism industry,such as knowledge,skills and quality.Under the background of the Chinese national strategy of integrating industry and education and the new stage of economic development,new requirements are put forward for the training of postgraduates majoring in tourism.Through defining the specific abilities required by the four levels of knowledge,skills,personal characteristics and moral cultivation,the competency model of tourism post graduate students is established,and based on this,the innovative training model of the integration of production and education for tourism post graduates is proposed.
