摘要
随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,科技助力产业发展,我国进入全面高质量发展的时代,文化产业“走出去”战略也迎来了新的发展机遇。文化产业“走出去”战略是经济贸易全球化、世界多元化浪潮的必然要求,是应对世界软实力竞争的重要举措,是发展外向型经济、提高文化影响力的重要路径。应该深刻理解文化产业“走出去”战略意义,立足中国文化走出去的战略背景,从文化出口贸易规模、结构、竞争力等方面深入探究中国文化产业“走出去”现状,剖析新时代背景下文化“走出去”存在的问题,针对“走出去”问题提出路径。
As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,technology has helped industrial development,and China has entered an era of comprehensive and high-quality development.The cultural industry“going out”strategy has also ushered in new development opportunities.The“going out”strategy of cultural industry is an inevitable requirement of economic and trade globalization and the wave of world diversification.It is an important measure to deal with the world’s soft power competition and an important path to develop an export-oriented economy and improve cultural influence.It is necessary to deeply understand the strategic significance of the“going out”of the cultural industry.Based on the strategic background of Chinese culture going global,it it need to explore the current situation of the“going out”of China’s cultural industry in terms of the scale,structure and competitiveness of cultural export trade,and analyze the existing problems in“going out”strategy in cultural background in the new era,and put forward a path for“going out”.
