摘要
简述了我国“人工智能+新工科”教育建设背景,分析了“新工科”实践教学课程的现状及存在的问题,提出了“人工智能+新工科”创新型实践教学人才培养建议及对策。阐述了重构创新型人才培养模式的方法,并通过科研反哺实践教学、加强专业实践教师队伍建设、校企合作共建“开放式”实践管理教学平台和强化实践教学环节执行力等措施,不断优化完善适合人工智能时代发展的创新型实践教学人才培养新模式。
This paper briefly describes the educational construction background of“Artificial Intelligence+New Engineering”in China,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the practical teaching course of“New Engineering”,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for latent train of innovative practical teaching talents of“Artificial Intelligence+New Engineering”.This paper expounds the method of reconstructing the innovative talent training mode.Through the measures of scientific research,it feeds back practice teaching,strengthens the construction of professional practice teachers,school-enterprise cooperation to build an“open”practice teaching platform,and strengthens the execution of practice teaching links.The new mode of cultivating innovative practice teaching talents suitable for the development of artificial intelligence era is continuously optimized and improved.
