摘要
医院建设项目往往面临投资大、工期紧、要素复杂、涉及医疗专项多、施工工艺要求高等挑战,难以保证BIM技术的质量。通过引入BIM咨询制度,能够协助业主单位提高BIM技术应用效率,提升全生命周期BIM质量,加快项目进度,节约建造成本。
Hospital construction projects will encounter challenges such as large investment, tight construction period, complex elements, multiple medical facilities and high construction technology requirements, which makes it difficult to ensure the quality of BIM technology. The BIM consulting system can assist hospital business owners to enhance the application efficiency of BIM technology, improve the quality of BIM in the whole life cycle of the project, speed up the progress of the project, and save the construction cost.
