休闲体育本科专业人才培养的问题、经验与发展对策

Problems, Experiences and Development Countermeasures of Undergraduate Talents Training in Leisure Sports

我国高校休闲体育专业近15年发展历程中,历经主流专业类体育院校、师范类院校、综合性大学、财经类院校的办学尝试和不断创新,其专业生命力日趋旺盛,专业人才培养规模不断扩大。欧美休闲体育专业发展历史悠久,其个性化的培养目标、融合创新的培养过程、合理接续的课程体系、特色鲜明的实习实训、综合面向的就业选择等为我国休闲体育专业人才培养提供了重要参考。针对当前休闲体育本科专业人才培养的问题,本文提出以下优化发展对策:明确培养目标,锚定区域社会需求核心;深化“三教”改革,加强专业内涵式发展;夯实专业实践,注重实习实训育人实效;优化普招+单招,推进招考体制机制改革创新;扩展学习交流,培育学生国际化视野。

In the past 15 years of development of leisure sports in Chinese universities, the major of leisure sports has experienced the attempts and continuous innovation of mainstream professional sports colleges, normal colleges, comprehensive universities and financial and economic colleges, and its major vitality has become increasingly vigorous and the cultivation scale of professional talents has been continuously expanded. Leisure sports majors in Europe and the United States have a long history of development. Their individualized training objectives, integrated and innovative training process, reasonable and continuous curriculum system, distinctive practice and training, and comprehensive employment options provide important references for the training of leisure sports professionals in China. In view of the current problems in the cultivation of leisure sports undergraduate talents, this paper puts forward the following optimal development countermeasures. 1)Clarifying professional training objectives and anchor the core of regional social needs. 2)Deepening the reform of "three education" and strengthen the connotative development of specialty. 3)Consolidating professional practice, pay attention to practical effect of practice and training. 4)Optimizing the general enrollment and single enrollment and promote the reform and innovation of the enrollment system and mechanism. 5)Expanding learning exchanges and cultivate students’ international vision.
